Acquisition options

SafeCheck is available for outright acquisition or exclusive licence. Terms are open to discussion with the right partner. The IP holder's priority is that SafeCheck reaches operation in the hands of an organisation with the mandate, infrastructure, and commitment to implement it properly.

Factors relevant to terms include the geographic scope, whether exclusivity is sought, and the acquiring organisation's scale and capacity for implementation.
